Rain Technologies Inc. Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older, or if less than eighteen years of age, represent that they have parental consent for participation as set forth in the Terms of Service (“Rain TOS”) of Rain Technologies Inc. (“Rain”) that can be found at https://rain.us/terms/.  Participation by all Participants is conditioned upon acceptance of the Rain TOS and these terms and conditions.  Each Participant must be a new user of the Rain app who has not completed a prior Transaction on the app. Employees of Rain and their respective family members are prohibited from participating.  Offer subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period:  The promotion begins on October 1st, 2021 at 12:01am PT and ends on October 15^th, 2021 at 11:59pm PT (the “Promotional Period”).  Rain’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion.    

How to Participate:  During the Promotional Period, employees of Rain’s partner companies (collectively, “Participants”) who download the Rain app and complete at least one (1) Transaction on the Rain app during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive one (1) Amazon Gift Card in the amount of $10.00. Each Participant must be a new user of the Rain app who has not completed a prior Transaction on the app. Each Participant is limited to receive only one (1) Amazon Gift Card during the Promotional Period. Completing one transaction on the Rain app means completing one deposit transfer either by Instant Pay, or by completing one deposit by ACH transfer (“Transaction”). The promotion is available to Participants while supplies last.

Rain also assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. 

Rain reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should causes beyond Rain’s control, including unauthorized human intervention, which, in the sole opinion of Rain, corrupts, compromises or materially affects the administration, fairness or security of the promotion.  Rain is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this promotion.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RAIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Gifts: Each participant who complies with these terms and conditions will receive one (1) Amazon Gift Card for $10.00 (the “Gift”). 

Gifts are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in Rain’s sole discretion. Rain will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen gift cards.  Standard terms and conditions apply. Gifts are not redeemable for cash.
